This top-of-the-line food processor is constructed of heavy-duty die-cast metal that houses Cuisinart's most powerful induction motor. It incorporates high-powered features that make it more convenient than ever to prepare everything from chopped onions to delicate pastry dough to artisan style breads. The 14-cup work bowl has an extra large feed tube with both small and large pushers and is easy to clean. There is also a two-speed motor and dough control feature that is smart enough to detect the load on the motor when specifically incorporating flour and water, and then knead the dough perfectly.
