Remove the detachable stem for compact storage of discs. All the parts are dishwasher-safe and the motor base wipes clean. The 14-cup work bowl has a huge capacity, holding up to 3 pounds of bread or cookie dough or more than 2 pounds of meat, which means less parsing out of batches and more consistent mixing overall.
